FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS
- How
much room do I need to rent a slide
or bounce?
You
will need to provide a level area that
is large enough for the inflatable
unit and that will allow ample room
all the way around the unit. The necessary
room
varies depending on the particular
unit(s) rented. These are shown on
our Inflatables page.<TOP>
- Is
insurance and state inspection important?
Yes!
It is illegal to operate an inflatable
ride in the State of Ohio without insurance
and the proper permit, including an
annual inspection by state inspectors.
Permits are issued by the Department
of Agriculture. All legitimate rental
businesses in Ohio obtain the proper
permit. Contact the Ohio Department
of Agriculture, Division of Amusement
Ride Safety to insure that a rental
company is licensed. <TOP>
- Can
the inflatable be set up on a driveway,
parking lot, or indoors?
Inflatables
can be set up on hard surfaces as
long as the proper
clearances are met. The units cannot
be set up on any rough surface (gravel,
etc.).<TOP>

Each
inflatable must have a dedicated 10
